About
Formerly known as Sabeto Giants the Sabeto Roosters RLFC was re-established in 2006 in the Fijian rugby league revival. Sabeto is a region between the townships of Nadi (Fiji's tourism hub) and Lautoka (Fiji's second city). Governed by a traditional Monarch, the region is prominently known to have produced a handful of Fiji's talented rugby athletes and a dominant name in the field of sports. Sabeto valley is also known for its agriculture, mineral resources, and being home to a diverse community of Fijian, migrants and many pacific islanders who study the Fulton College University.
Rugby League
In 4-years after 2006, the club rose to its first Premiership in 2010 marked with fanfare and celebrations as the region finally embraced the sport and made rugby league it major sport. It 2013, the club took its second Premiership and again in 2015, Roosters won its 3rd title before the Premiership was remodelled. then the club built its football & high performance team to deliver Fiji's most successful rugby league club in the Vodafone Cup competition.
